Cousins Residence

This is the cousins home. They are a couple who wanted to build a home for the first time in their life. They wanted a simple, open floor plan that still provided enough privacy between them and guests for long visits. Outdoor space was a necessity for them, more so than anything else on this project. Affordability was another prime concern as they did not want to spend too much on features. Minimalism and comfort combined with a timeless simplicity was the result.
